The Company was founded on 11/11/11 and was set up as an LLC and established in Florida on 11/14/11 to design, build and sell a wide variety of amphibious and "Multiphibious" Vehicles such as car-boats, motorcycle-boats and car-boat-planes. The Trademark/Logo was been approved by USPTO on June 5th. The "core" design is currently patent pending and the first prototype is in engineering design in 2012.
