Professionals at MRPE have total rights and responsibilities to their projects, as if it were their company. They not only call the shots during performance, but they define the team, set the pay rates and fees, and prepare the scope of work. We have grown from a single civil engineer/land surveyor performing almost all tasks in 2010, to over a dozen professionals completing everything from a City Design & Procedures Manual to comprehensive architectural services for a new church in 2012.
