Bostwick, a prominent Rochester attorney, opened a law practice dedicated to serving individuals and small businesses in the Greater Rochester area. n 1926, Ira H. Morris, the first of three generations of Morris attorneys, joined the Bostwick firm. He was well known as a skilled, hard-working lawyer who stayed in close contact with his clients, and he quickly gained prominence as a trial attorney. Ira Morris assumed a leadership role in the firm in 1945. His own three sons – Stephen, Richard, and James – joined the firm between 1958 and 1967, and the practice was renamed Morris & Morris.
