Minerva Dairy Inc of Minerva, OH was founded in 1894 when 1st Generation Max P. Radloff established Radloff Cheese in Hustisford, WI. During the early 1900’s Max Radloff built multiple cheesemaking locations, culminating with Minerva Dairy, producing bottled milk, ice cream, butter and cheese in 1935. Today, in our 5th generation of family ownership, Minerva Dairy produces a wide variety of cheese, including Cheddar, Swiss, Italian, and kosher varieties.
