The original Mike & Patty’s location in Bay Village was started in 2008 by two friends that worked together at South End Formaggio, Patty & Mike. Ania Zaroda and Michael Gurevich became the new owners on New Year’s Eve, of 2013, which marked the beginning of what is now a growing hospitality management group with multiple craft-casual brands. Mike & Patty's continues to be Boston’s highest rated breakfast and sandwich shop. The original location is only 175 square feet and we like to refer to ourselves as “Your Tiny Sandwich Shop”, in fact we believe we’re the smallest eatery in the City of Boston.
