For more than a half-century, Midwest Library Service has been defined by its superior service, exclusively provided to academic and public libraries. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers with a comprehensive range of products and services, including books supplied from more than 20,000 U.S., Canadian, and U.K. publishers, and an out-of-print book service. To properly serve our customers, we use a team approach, in lieu of the more typical pool system. Each customer is assigned three direct contacts: a library service representative, a standing order representative, and a sales representative. These three individuals are personally responsible for supervising, facilitating, and monitoring each customer's orders.
