The Miami‐Dade Broadband Coalition (MDBC) is an unprecedented collaboration among diverse South Florida leaders dedicated to addressing the digital divide in Miami-Dade County and deploying next generation broadband technology. Our purpose is to transform our community, close the digital divide, create jobs, increase economic opportunities and reduce operating costs. MDBC’s goal is to construct a robust broadband network that will connect community anchor institutions throughout Miami-Dade County and extend broadband services to our underserved communities.
