MAX is a hazardous waste management company which owns and operates two TSDF landfill facilities in Western Pennsylvania specializing in the management of inorganic hazardous solid waste transportation, treatment and disposal and Environmental Construction and Remediation services. MAX owns and operates Subtitle D landfills. MAX manages (K061) EAF Dust generated by Electric Steel making processes and operates a newly constructed Containment and Processing(CAP) facility capable of treating up to 200,000 tons per year of EAF Dust and debris material. MAX operates a Hazardous materials screening, crushing treatment facility capable of reducing rock solid hazardous waste to 3/8 inch in preparation for proper chemical treatment and stabilization.
