To understand what drives MARS Hospitality, we need to take you back in time a bit. Just over a decade, to be precise. The year was 2004 and our company was just beginning to develop in Parker, Colorado. We may not have started in a basement or even in a garage, but the vision was similar — to take a grassroots approach to an industry that was accustomed to anything but grassroots.We wanted to do more than just stand out in an industry of development and operations. We wanted to instill confidence in investors that our name was a world apart from what they had come to expect, and it was because of this thinking that the MARS Hospitality name was born. Guests who enter facilities that we helped develop and/or currently manage may not realize it, but they have entered a world of our own making — and while there may be a great deal of subtlety involved, you simply can’t deny that we’re doing something special here.
