In 1998, we moved corporate headquarters to 70 Market Street in the historic executive mill housing section of downtown Manchester, New Hampshire. Our change in address and the title industry’s newly found focus on the “settlement” side of the real estate transaction compelled us to launch our new identity in the roll out of the Market Street Settlement Group name. At this time our footprint expanded to Maine and we entered the world of HUD sanctioned affiliated business arrangements.
