About Manzke Machine, Inc.
Manzke Machine is a woman-owned mechanical engineering and machine shop. We utilize Pro Engineer Wildfire for engineering and design and Pro Manufacture for CNC tool path generation. Our key strength is the ability to quickly design and manufacture prototype parts directly from a 3-D CAD model. We take great pride in manufacturing high quality components in a timely manner. Our established quality system has enabled us to be placed on General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc.’s Approved Supplier List for production parts. Mill work is done on our Hardinge XR760 CNC mill, purchased new in November 2007. Key features of this machine include: Fanuc 18i-MB control 30 X 24 X 24 inch travel (X, Y, and Z) 12,000 rpm, 25 hp Weiss spindle Renishaw spindle probe and tool setter Ai Nano Contour Control Dual contact (Big Plus) Cat 40 spindle Through spindle coolant.
