Manufacturers Capital was established in 1998 by Gary Shapiro and David Goose (originally named Banyan Leasing LLC) as a component of an investment fund that would provide collateral based loans and leases to the manufacturing community and precision machine tool industry. MC is unique as an equipment leasing firm in that we have an office/showroom facility with the capability of powering, displaying, and selling our reacquired and off lease assets. The principals of MC have over 90 years of combined experience. Each of the principals of MC has extensive backgrounds in the financing, distribution, importation, and sales of precision machinery.
