Madewell Products Corporation manufactures materials for concrete restoration and protection, floor leveling and moisture mitigation, and aquarium lining and waterproofing. Our largest product line, the Mainstay Composite Liner, consists of a high strength restoration mortar and an epoxy corrosion barrier coating. These two materials are used to repair and protect concrete and brick structures in sanitary sewer, potable water, and industrial process markets. The Mainstay Composite Liner was originally developed in 1962 by United States Steel Corporation as a process for lining reinforced concrete pipe. In 1971, U.S. Steel decided to divest its coatings interests, including Mainstay. Soon thereafter, Madewell Products Corporation was established to manufacture Mainstay products. Today, Madewell Products Corp. has expanded its business to include application equipment and products for lining aquariums, leveling floors, and mitigating moisture in concrete slabs.
