LUNA STAFFING is a full service contingency based talent acquisition firm that specializes exclusively in building powerful Information Technology teams for our diverse client portfolio. LUNA STAFFING was founded by Peter Daniel Klochaney Jr. He made his first recruiting phone call in early 1998 in California. Unbeknownst to many in the recruiting and technology world, things were about to change. The “.com Boom” had begun. For years Peter hired and trained hundreds of inside sales professionals simultaneously maintaining his own book of business at a high level. Many of these individuals are still industry innovators and leaders. This career has brought Peter all over the United States from coast to coast and back again. Building businesses for approximately four years in each city Peter started in Los Angeles and then opened a new office in Phoenix, next he moved on to lead offices in San Francisco and Manhattan. He approached every new situation as a business opportunity, constantly honing his sales and leadership skills. He accomplished much in these positions; from start ups to retooling high functioning sales offices with 22 employees and revenues exceeding $300,000.00 per month. Many of his important relationships, business practices and business ethics were learned and refined during these transitions. Through some of the toughest times for the information technology industry Peter was able to thrive. His efforts, insight and expertise during this challenging period would solidify a successful technology recruiting sales career.
