Longshot Apparel was started in 2009 by three veteran marketers and longtime friends, Mark Tindall, Susan Clare and Sally Bjornsen. We are essentially one tall guy and two exasperated women tired of the dearth of well-fitting tall shirts for tall and well-proportioned men. At the outset, we took note that the market primarily catered to the Big-and-Tall guy and the tall, proportioned man was all but forgotten. We believe a guy doesn’t have to be big to be tall – he should be able to wear a shirt that fits properly around his middle. We also feel strongly that a tall man should choose to roll up his sleeves because he wants to, not because he has to. At Longshot Apparel we say: It’s time to take the Big out of the Big-and-Tall.
