We are purchasing Full Service, 100+ Key Hotel/Motels, 150+ Unit Multifamily units and Vertical Office Buildings. Another service we offer to Banks and Lending Institutions is to finance or refinance commercial properties that they are unable to, or would prefer not to, finance for any number of reasons. We offer as high as 80% LTV on purchases and 75% LTV on refinances of commercial properties as well as lending up to 60% on Bulk Note purchases. Our guidelines are different from most so we can potentially lend on properties when Banks and Lending Institutions do not want to.
