Sicily, the largest island in the Mediterranean sea which has a rich and unique culture, especially with regard to arts,music,literature,architecture;land of producing authentic cuisines and wines; from this wonderful land, with a suitcase full of dreams, courage and desire to act; a boy yet fifteen departed from his home for his first adventure in northern Italy. Angelo Alaimo, started as a simple apprentice but immediately taking interest in the culinary world; and not just with a culinary diploma, but by making a bigger suitcase and traveling abroad to cultivate his knowledge further. First in England, then in Switzerland and Denmark before returning to his beloved home bringing new recipes and flavors.
