Laser Pro is a family-owned company that has been providing quality re-manufactured toner and ink cartridges for 25 years. Laser Pro manufactures, tests, and packages all our products in our facility in Elgin, Illinois. Laser Pro also has a Sales & Service office located in Omaha, Nebraska, serving the Greater Omaha area. The key to Laser Pro’s quality and reliability is our manufacturing process. Many of our competitors simply refill the cartridges (the industry buzz-word is “refurbish”) and send them out to customers. At Laser Pro the key word is re-manufacture. We clean each cartridge, inspect internal parts for wear, and replace those parts as necessary. We also install new electronic chips on the cartridges to ensure that the cartridges will communicate properly with the printers.
