Las Chicas Bakery/Cafes of Northern NJ, founded by three siblings - Daniel, Gabriel, and Cristina is a culinary celebration of our heritage. Having emigrated from Uruguay at a young age, our parents passed on their passion for traditional Uruguayan and Armenian cusine to us.embark on a mission to recreate the essence of our roots through the art of baking.In 2004 we were able to turn our passion into a business venture, and our first bakery / cafe was born in the heart of Union City, NJ. Our goal was to create a warm and welcoming social outlet that brings people together over delicious foods and drinks, where people can enjoy the simple pleasures of life. And we’re pleased to announce, mission accomplished!
