Ken Grant Consulting is devoted to helping small businesses develop and maintain successful projects and project managers. We take a two-pronged approach to achieving these goals. 1) Assess the status of the client’s projects (policies, practices, processes and procedures). This assessment focuses on the projects’ Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats/Risks (SWOT) and 2) Work with the client’s executives and managers (project and functional) to develop workable and repeatable processes that enhance the strengths, reduce the weaknesses, and exploit opportunities while mitigating threats and risks. This step includes training project managers in project management skills and training the executives and functional managers in how best to use their project managers.
