Karyon Therapeutics is a discovery stage biopharmaceutical company founded by 4 renowned Professors from Harvard Medical School who are experts in transcription factors (TFs) that play key roles in cancer, inflammation and angiogenesis. The company is focused on the identification and optimization of small molecules that selectively target and disrupt the interaction interface between TFs and the cognate DNA sequences to which they bind.
