JMC Worldwide Inc. is one of the largest resellers of ATE (Tester, IC handlers, Wafer probers) JMC is headquartered in New Jersey in our 43000 sqft repair and refurbish facility and has offices in California, Arizona, Scotland, Singapore, Taiwan and China. JMC owns greater than 99% of this listed equipment. We then locate a buyer and resell the equipment. This is our most common and preferred way of doing business. There are benefits to seller and buyer that include but are not limited to. Prompt deal execution, wire transfer payments, immediate removal, and professional knowledgeable staff. This represents majority of JMCs business. Additionally.... 2) JMC takes in equipment on consignment. This is done with just a few leasing companies and represents a very small percentage of our business transactions. 3) JMC buys and resells equipment without taking possession of the equipment.
