Initiating Change in our Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation (ICON CDC) is a 501 (c)(3) community-based, not-for-profit organization located in the community of Panorama City in the Northeast San Fernando Valley. ICON CDC’s core program is its Business Assistance Program (BAP), which provides free services to entrepreneurs and small business owners in order to promote local economic development, job creation and financial literacy. ICON CDC also works in partnership on several other areas of interest including youth development, environmental justice and community-based transportation planning research.
