Established in 2006, the IAPSP is a peer-to-peer network for an elite group of private service professionals committed to effective and successful careers in service. It is our mission to engage in a conversation that leads to understanding, cultivating and promoting the circumstances under which this can be achieved. We research and identify common obstacles to these goals and take personal responsibility for finding resolutions that will help to overcome them. The results of our accomplishments are assimilated into the workplace and appropriately shared by word-of-mouth, through written publications and at organized meetings. Through these activities we establish a community of service leaders who are informed, dignified, confident, compassionate and committed to making the right choices for themselves, their employer and the larger private service industry.
