Home Watch of Florida provides a number of professional home services for absentee & permanent home owners. Our Home Watch service provides a proactive weekly visual inspection of your home and property in order to discover and report potential issues that can arise while you are away. We offer visual inspection plans on a weekly or biweekly basis based upon your needs. The home watch service will be performed on a predetermined schedule that will be determined on our initial home evaluation visit with you. After each of our visual inspections has been performed, we will e-mail you a report within 24 hours so you know your home status right away.
