Holistic Health Orlando focuses on increasing our community's wellness and health through incorporating small changes every day that lead to life changing results. Our services include: Corporate Wellness: Work site wellness programs focused on increasing the health, wellness and on the job productivity of dedicated team members. Together, we build strong teams through wellness campaigns. Programs may be group based or individual based depending upon the office layout, end goals and corporate initiatives. 6 month One-on-One Health Coaching: Our 6 month program offers clients the one-on-one attention that is needed to change habits, focus on personal changes and achieve goals. During the program, clients will meet with their health coach twice a month for 50 minutes for a total of 12 individualized sessions. They also receive email support between appointments, giveaways correlating to that week's session and the tools to make a significant change in their health and wellness. Seminars:
