HFLA Cleveland is a non-sectarian, non-profit organization founded in 1904. We provide interest free loans to individuals and families in Northeast Ohio who cannot qualify for conventional loans. We must see an ability to repay a loan, and we require a viable co-signer. We assess loans on a case by case basis.
