Working in the Early Childhood field since 1990, I have served hundreds of children and their families, and know how important it is to parents to select the right program for their child. Our program nurtures and enriches the young child, while coaching parents to enable their child to succeed in life. I served as the very first director of our very first Hearts and Hands Christian Childcare & Preschool in 2003. I was promoted to my current position in 2008.As Superintendent, I ensure that all Hearts & Hands sites are in compliance with the values that we have adopted for our program. I oversee staff and leadership development plans and center inspections to ensure quality across the board. I am also responsible for the implementation of our Stepping Stones Curriculum for all grade levels. I see all of these as vital to making sure your child will receive the utmost care and a great foundation for their beginning years.
