I received my training to practice Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. My certification is pending and will be completed in June of 2010 (when I will be certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners). I have a BS is science, from the University of Padua, Italy. Being a native of Italy, (the northeast part, near Venice) I have grown a deep love for cooking and a healthy diet, supported by a balanced lifestyle.
