Farm-fresh produce and regionally grown foods distributed to the neediest families in distressed communities (higher unemployment, higher poverty and/or drop-out rates greater than the state or national rate). Harvest Home Farmer’s Market‘s (HHFM) mission is to provide impoverished NYC neighbourhoods with fresh produce.
