Our founder, Greg Barnes, wrote these words when tasked to describe his personal mission during a 2010 Halftime Institute; and with them, the seeds of Halftime Talent Solutions were sown. On that day only God knew that Greg’s mission would soon become an answer to the prayers of the Halftime Board of Trustees.
