About Half Moon Beads

Glass Art company making glass beads and then jewelry and household items such as pens and serving utensils, I am the jack of all trades from artist, bookkeeper, sales person and clean up crew. I fell in love with making jewelry in 2001, when my sister-in-law encouraged me to give it a try, I took to it like a fish to water. I read as many books and magazines as I could get my hands on and I began making items for myself. Soon the ladies at work were asking where I got my jewelry. When I told them I made it, I started getting requests to make jewelry for them. In 2005, I took my first lampworking class and I started incorporating lampwork beads into my designs. Soon I became intrigued with glass and now I'm hooked. I love glass of all shapes, colors and forms. I have joined various lampworking groups and learned from other members.
