In 1986, a young Tony Magnusson and his bro Mike Ternasky built H-Street Skateboards out of the pure desire to create something raw and innovative in an industry run by non-skater owned companies. Over the next few years these 2 tenacious underdogs forever changed skateboarding and proved to future generations that “skater owned and operated” would be the rule, not the exception. Over the years, this team forged some of the most influential skateboarders in history, including Danny Way, Matt Hensley, Ron Allen, Eric Koston, Mike Carrol, Jason Rogers, Alfonso Rawls and many other top pro’s.
