HERO, Inc. (Healthcare Education Resources and Outreach) offers comprehensive diabetes education and testing, proactive consultation and planning, and health risk assessments in an easy-access manner. HERO: Is the only program to have earned national accreditation from the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE).
