The Greer Group began in 1986 when Deborah Greer founded her direct placement agency, Greer Personnel Consultants. As the Research Park Triangle expanded, so did her clients’ needs. In response, a temporary division, Greer Staffing Services was added in 1991.In 1994, a team model was implemented to best serve the rapidly growing marketplace. This innovative approach gave each client two creative Greer minds to tackle challenges, and afforded consultants better work/life balance. The service model was a huge success and is still used today.
