With an annual operating budget of $55.9 million of which 92% goes directly toward programs. we provide 20 educational and social service programs at 11 community-based sites in Harlem, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Westchester for over 4,500 children and their families each year. Services include family foster care, adoption, foster care prevention through family strengthening, mental and behavioural health services, education, after school, out-of-school time, and youth development. Graham Windham employs approximately 460 full-time, 130 part-time/on-call staff; and manages more than 350 volunteers and interns.
