Established in April 2011, I opened Gordon Fitness when Bally Total Fitness in Worcester closed their doors. I was the Fitness Director there in charge of the Personal Trainers, and a top tier Personal Trainer for Bally myself. I train all types of clients with varying fitness levels and goals. I add my personal touch to each and every workout, no two workouts are the same. I take pride in getting my clients the results they desire. My clients end up losing weight, lowering fat percentage, losing inches off their waistline, increasing strength, increasing confidence, having healthier hip waist ratio, lower their blood pressure and increasing their mood!
