Golden Apple Dinner Theatre Careers in Sarasota, FL

The Golden Apple Dinner Theatre is 3/4 thrust, 281 seat, horseshoe- shaped theatre with a main floor and two additional tiers. We are affiliated with Actor's Equity Association. Our dinner is served buffet style on the main floor and after dinner the buffet is cleared and the same space is occupied by our 704 square foot "Magic Carpet" stage which is floated forward on a cushion of air. The Golden Apple Dinner Theatre opened its doors on December 11, 1971 and is celebrating its 38th anniversary Season. We have produced more than 300 plays and musicals in that time. We have presented 5 original plays - one of which went to Broadway. We have also been active producing shows for other theatres around the country and the globe. Our plays and musicals have been seen all over the world including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Kansas City, St. Louis, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Windsor, Ontario, Singapore, Malaysia, Seoul, Hong Kong, and Taipei.
