Gibsons Restaurant Group originally opened as Gibsons Steakhouse in Chicago, IL during May 1989. Over time the restaurant group has added Hugo's Frog Bar and Fish House in both Chicago and Naperville, LUXBAR, Quartino, and an additional Gibsons in Rosemont, IL to their group. In 2001, GRG began to manage RL Restaurant, Ralph Lauren's debut into the dining world. Although each restaurant concept differs, Gibsons Core Values of "Hospitality, Quality, and Value" have brought success to each business unit. GRG's unwavering customer service philosophy has helped to attract and retain clientele at every location.
