Ben Genet started buying, managing and leasing out Commercial Real Estate in 1988. He started by building a multi-tenant, 33,393 square foot building. Upon its completion, he began expanding his business by acquiring apartment complexes, motels, office buildings, industrial, multi-tenant projects, and retail complexes. Genet Property Group, Inc. was formed in 2001 as a management company to oversee the leasing and management of these assets. GPG specializes in leasing by using a personal, hands-on approach to enhance our tenants experience and make it the best it can be. We are constantly helping tenants grow or down-size to accommodate their specific needs.
