We are a small MBE certified Civil and Structural Engineering and surveying firm in Melbourne, Florida. We are FDOT certified in Work Groups 3, 4 and 8 and are pending DBE certification. Our expertise is in the design, permitting and construction management and oversight of Municipal and County Public Works and Utilities capital improvement projects, highway and bridge projects, and new or modified building and infrastructure work. We have strong working relationships with all the permitting agencies in Brevard County including FDOT, SJRWMD, FECRR, ACOE, and FDEP. We also perform utility coordination with gas, electric, telephone, cable and fiber, etc. utilities routinely.
