We have owned our property since 2001. This year we were raked over the coals with the POA selling our account (at a much higher amount than what was actually due) to a collection agency when I called to pay my bill on two lots and they gave me one prior to the collection agencies intrusion).they will not return my money that was over paid. Stay away from Foxwood POA. Buy property elsewhere. We have been robbed 5 times. The maintenance people have ran over our mail box 4 times (to the point where we have given up having one). Now Wendy at the POA has changed from it's our responsibility to get the over payment from the collection agency to it was interest accrued. The amount due was $251 and low and behold it ended up being the exact amount as the property with a home on it ($361 plus a $20 collection fee) . Amazing how things change in an hour...from ripping us off to being loan sharks!
