Our scope of services include to: - Conduct sampling surveys for identification or assessment of asbestos, lead or mold hazards. - Design abatement and remediation projects. - Provide close surveillance and documentation of Contractor activities during contract work. - Assist with Contractor selection and submittal review. - Perform progressive and final visual inspections, monitoring and clearance testing. - Provide assistance with regulatory compliance and policy development. - Perform project management. - Prepare abatement cost estimates. - Conduct training.
