The board? Have you ever seen a Standup Paddle Board (SUP)? It's a great big surfboard with fewer curves and more stability. Fantastic for an afternoon tour of the river, an ab workout and fun with friends. SUP Fitness is great, but limited to the water, which means warm weather. Welcome to the world's first indoor SUP! We've designed the boards to mimic the feel on the water. We can modify the system to accomodate beginners or challenge the advanced athlete.
