First Venture Legal is my law practice that welcomes Boston-based entrepreneurs to help them with the needs of their startups, including handling business formation, negotiating contracts, assisting with financing and fundraising, and providing litigation support when necessary. I was inspired by entrepreneurs I know to open my practice to help entrepreneurs with the legal issues they face in starting up their enterprises.
