First In Families of North Carolina helps people with disabilities and their families to believe in their dreams, achieve their goals and give back to others. - Technical Assistance to Chapters FIFNC has 13 chapters across the state of North Carolina that cover 47 counties. FIFNC also offers assistance to families in the other 53 NC counties through the Lifeline Project.
