Financial Builders Federal Credit Union was founded in 1964 for Chrysler Employees. The Credit Union elected seven members to become board members from Chrysler who helped run the credit union in a little storefront building with two office personnel.In 1978 we built the beautiful building we have today housing 24 employees and serving members who live, work, and worship or attend schools in Howard and/or Tipton counties. Today, Financial Builders Federal Credit Union is still led by an all-volunteer board of Directors that is elected by the membership, each member has an equal vote, regardless of how much he or she has on deposit.
