Family's Choice Caregivers is a private family owned company created, November 2011, to foster a change in the Home Health Care industry.Our culture is to take exceptional "care" of our caring professionals so they can take exceptional care of you and your loved ones. Having employed several companies to provide care for our mother, we observed first-hand a less than desirable standard of the industry. At that time there were no labor laws protecting caregivers.These professionals, who were under compensated and over scheduled, were unrealistically expected to care for our mother with the compassion and dignity she deserved.This experience defined the fundamentals of our culture, embracing principle over profit. The standard of measurement being "the family measurement"; that which we would want for our own mother.
