Faith Family Clinic exists to provide health and wellness services to the working uninsured residents of our community. Our vision is that all working uninsured people and their families have access to the medical care they need. Our medical providers are licensed Physicians, Physician Assistants, or Nurse Practitioners. While some are employed by Faith Family Clinic, others are volunteers who help us treat patients and keep our costs as low as possible. We provide comprehensive primary care, from treating acute health issues like the common cold and flu to broad concerns such as diet and exercise. Visits may include annual physicals and personalized coaching to create lifestyle changes such as weight loss, smoking cessation, stress management and family enrichment.
