FactorTree's concept originated in 2000 when David Wolf was a community banker in Florida. He saw a number of viable businesses being forced to seek other financing because their bank had changed lending standards. He turned to friends and family and was able to start FactorsOnline which later became Allied Funding Group. Now, he and his partners are taking their banking and factoring experience to develop a new type of factoring company, FactorTree.
